This demo shows how Avaya Call Reporting (ACR) can be integrated with digital channels, with the initial conversation handled by a bot. In this instance, a WhatsApp conversation is transferred from the bot to a live agent via an ACR request. Having access to the entire conversation, the agent can quickly bring the customer query to resolution.
