Network Computing magazine bestowed its Editor's Choice award on Avaya, citing that Avaya had the "best mix of features, integration with existing systems and reasonable price" in a RFI for a fictional company created by the magazine to determine the complexity of migrating a conventional TDM call center to an IP-enabled contact center.
