Irish Contact Centre Industry Excellence Honoured at the 7th Annual Irish Contact Centre Awards

Last night at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, 500 guests celebrated with the winners of the 7th Annual Irish Contact Centre Awards.

 

Sponsored for the second consecutive year by Avaya, a leading global provider of communications networks and contact centre technologies, the ceremony saw the presentation of 12 Awards with the major awards going to Vhi Healthcare for Contact Centre of the Year and Karl Llewellyn, Chairman, CCMA for Lifetime Achievement of the Year.
