Avaya Inc. announced that research conducted by independent industry analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan has ranked the company as the market leader in call centers in the Caribbean and Latin America region once again.
Avaya Inc. (NYSE:AV), a global leader in corporate networking solutions and services, today announced that research conducted by independent industry analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan has ranked the company as the market leader in call centers in the Caribbean and Latin America region once again. The 2001 research also shows that Avaya improved its position in IP Telephony considerably from the year 2000, with the highest market share gains of all competitors in that segment.
 
According to the study, Avaya leads in the IP-enabled PBX market with the most number of new lines sold, and moved to third place in the IP PBX market with a 120 percent increase over its year 2000 market share when it held the fourth place.
